Mr. Andrew Waterman, has been a valuable asset to Journeyman Construction since 2006 and has 14 years of experience in the Project Management field. Focused primarily in the public sector, he has had the opportunity to work with entities such as Bexar County, Travis County, Alamo Community College District, University of Texas, US Army Corps of Engineers, City of San Antonio, Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Northside ISD and Judson ISD.

Mr. Waterman manages the Journeyman San Antonio Region of Journeyman Construction, overseeing project managers and various projects, while upholding excellent customer relations. Mr. Waterman has a long history of successful projects, including several LEED certified projects. Many of these projects have been award winning and are a true testament to his hard work, experience and dedication.

Driven to perform at the highest echelon and staying at the forefront of his field, the longtime San Antonio resident is a certified LEED AP and has established strong community relationships. He has served in the following community and professional capacity:
