Journeyman Construction managed the construction end of this design-build project. The four-story hotel was been designed by the Owner and incorporated ideas and requests that had been submitted in customer satisfaction surveys.

Journeyman had to ensure those requests were fulfilled and meet customer aesthetic expectations that the building could withstand the elements. Another obstacle Journeyman encountered were late changes made by the in-house interior design team. We worked with the design team and our subcontractors to ensure that these changes did not delay the project.

The Hampton Inn is an excellant example of Journeyman’s experience in hotel and design-build construction.
