UTPB expanded its available student housing with this 3 building, 27 unit residential apartment project. Each building has two stories with nine units consisting of eight four-bedroom units and one one-bedroom RA unit. All the buildings feature internet connections, cable and data/phone wiring. The buildings also each have an elevator, laundry and data rooms. The building consisted of post-tensioned concrete slab on grade with wood framed structure with limestone and brick veneer. The roofing was composite shingle roofing. Durable vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout all units.

Site work included three parking lots complete with striping and site lighting, exterior sidewalks/ADA ramps, fiber pathways connecting existing buildings across campus and xeroscaping. Construction occurred on a live and active campus.
